Assumption of Risk and Liability Release

By proceeding with any rental through the Rentu platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
You are voluntarily choosing to rent items through Rentu and understand that all rentals carry inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, property damage, or financial loss.

2. Assumption of Risk
As a Renter, you acknowledge that:
You assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of any rented item You possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and physical ability to safely operate the rented item You will inspect the item before use and determine its suitability for your intended purpose You understand the risks associated with the item and accept full responsibility for any consequences

3. Release of Liability
Both parties agree that:
Item providers are not liable for any harm, injury, damage, or loss caused by their listed items Renters release item providers from all claims, demands, and legal actions related to the rental Both parties release each other from liability for any rental-related incidents or disputes

Rentu does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for the effectiveness, enforceability, or adequacy of this waiver. Users should consult with qualified legal professionals for specific legal needs.

5. High-Risk Items

Items including but not limited to tools, garden equipment, vehicles, electrical appliances, and sports equipment carry additional risks. By renting such items, you explicitly acknowledge these heightened risks and accept full responsibility.

6. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless both Rentu and the item provider from any claims, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from your use of any rented item.

By continuing with your rental booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
